What we do with your message
Who reads it?
A partner reads every first message. If your job is in Spanish, Cirilo Balderas or the front office will write back in Spanish.
Is it private?
We keep what you send to the people who work on it. Until we both sign an agreement, though, we are not your lawyers, and the message is not protected the way a client conversation is. Keep it to dates, amounts and names of the parties.
What if a deadline is close?
Call the number for your state instead of writing, and tell the front desk the date. Do not wait for a reply to a form.
