This page explains what the firm does with the information you give it through this website.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone number, the kind of work you do, where the job is and your message. If you call or write to the office, we keep a note of the call or the message.

How we use it

To answer you, to check whether we have a conflict with another client, and to decide whether we can take your matter. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with people who work on your matter or when the law requires it.

Please don't send confidential details

Until an agreement is signed, we are not your lawyers, and what you send may not be protected. Keep the form to dates, amounts and names of the parties.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent through the form by writing to office@balderaslofgren.com or calling the office. If we are already working together, we may need to keep some records.
